Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges on untouched hair bundles and unused products within 7 days of delivery or pick up. Items must be in their original condition with no signs of use. This includes no brushing no combing no cutting no installing and no altering of the hair in any way.

There are no returns or exchanges on foam products.

Items that appear used or have any smell including perfume smoke or product odor will not be accepted. All items are carefully inspected before an exchange is approved.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available for eligible items that meet all policy requirements and are returned within the 7 day window.

The customer is responsible for returning the product in its original packaging. Once the item is inspected and approved an exchange will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our conditions.
